Hankamer School of Business

The Hankamer School of Business has a visionary standard. Integrity stands shoulder-to-shoulder with analytic and strategic strengths. The school's top-ranked programs combine rigorous classroom learning, hands-on experience in the real world, a solid foundation in ethical values and a global outlook.

Accelerate

The Hankamer School of Business seeks to cultivate principled leaders that serve the global marketplace through transformational learning and impactful scholarship in a culture of innovation guided by Christian values.

For this mission to succeed, HSB relies on the Baylor Family’s support of the Core Four — the foundational funding areas that strengthen this work: scholarships, faculty funding, flexible excellence resources and program resourcing.

Student Scholarships

Few gifts more directly impact the life of a Baylor University student than a scholarship. These gifts open doors for students and fuel the school’s growth, innovation and opportunities.

Faculty Funding

Gifts support transformational research that strives to make lasting changes—improving the lives of those in our community, nation and the world at large—and enables HSB to attract and retain outstanding faculty members. Endowment support in the form of endowed chairs and professorships gives the School dependable, enduring funding to grow its research capacity.

Dean’s Excellence Fund

The Dean’s Excellence Fund helps HSB to anticipate and respond to the many needs that arise throughout an academic year. The fund’s flexible use format provides resources to quickly address emerging needs that are important to the success of HSB and its students.

Program Resourcing

Giving to student success programs, hands-on learning experiences, student organizations, study abroad programs and professional development activities provides flexible resources to meet needs as they arise.
