Featured Opportunities for Faculty & Staff
As members of the Baylor Family, faculty and staff experience firsthand the lives that are transformed every day. These featured funds provide opportunities to invest in students, support colleagues, and strengthen the Baylor community for generations to come.
The Baylor Faculty Senate established this fund to fight food insecurity among Baylor students by providing sustainable funding to The Store Food Pantry.
Baylor Staff Council established this fund to provide scholarships to students so they could pursue a Baylor education with less of a financial burden.
Created to care for our own community, the Baylor Family Compassion Fund provides emergency assistance to Baylor faculty, staff and contract partners in times of crisis.

Every year, Our Baylor celebrates the generosity of Baylor faculty and staff through a limited- edition collectible mug featuring one of Baylor's most beloved landmarks. Each mug represents one of the areas of campus who make Baylor extraordinary.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. You can choose to make your gift to support the area of campus that is most meaningful to you.
Baylor can accept gifts of cash, credit card, payroll deduction, planned gifts, cryptocurrency and more.
Not necessarily. Retired employees remain valued members of the Baylor Family and are invited to continue supporting the areas they care about most. Current faculty and staff are the only members included in Our Baylor.
Current faculty and staff members who make a gift to Baylor any time during the current fiscal year (July 1 – May 31) will receive their mugs. Shipping is dependent on vendor availability, but you will be notified in advance when your mug is set to ship. There is a limited amount of mugs available, so be sure to secure yours early!
