Each year, faculty and staff, both current and retired, send a compelling message through giving. This message says they believe in the future of the university as it makes a difference not only in students’ lives but also in our Baylor community and even the world. In doing so, they become part of Our Baylor. Our Call to Lead.
Last year, nearly 1,800 faculty/staff gave more than $2M to scholarships, excellence funds, and more initiatives providing a direct impact to students and the Baylor Family.

2025-2026 Our Baylor Mug Design!
Each year, a new mug design is released as part of Our Baylor. Our Call to Lead., featuring a beloved landmark from our beautiful campus and creating a special collectible series. This year, 700 limited-edition mugs are available exclusively for faculty and staff. As a thank you for all you do to make Baylor an exceptional place to work and learn, the first 700 who give $25 or more will receive the next mug in this exclusive series.
